TECH NOTES

This is the 1/10 scale radio controlled, electric powered, ready-to-run
HPI E-Firestorm 10T Flux Stadium Truck.
Many HPI Firestorm 10 option parts fit this vehicle.

FEATURES: Chassis: Composite nylon tub 3mm (0.12") thick
Drive: Rear wheel
Motor: HPI Flux Warp 5700Kv rebuildable brushless motor with
neodymium magnet, oversized sealed bearings, 1/8" (2.3mm) shaft,
slotless stator for smooth linear torque and is compatible with any
sensorless ESC
Electronic Speed Control: HPI Flux Motiv, ultra low resistance
sensorless, 6-7 cell NiMH or 2 cell LiPo compatible
Radio: HPI TF-1 AM 27MHz with steering and throttle trim and reverse
SF-1 steering servo, transmitter does not have charge jack
Wheels: Chrome finish Scorch six spoke 2.0" (51mm) wide, 2.2" (55mm)
diameter with 12mm aluminum hex adapters compatible with all HPI
1/10 scale vehicles
Front Tires: Front Line 4" (102mm) diameter, 2.1" (53mm) wide
Rear Tires: Ground Assault 4" (102mm) diameter, 2.1" (53mm) wide
Transmission: Low profile 2.6:1 ratio with all metal gears
Shocks: Four silicone oil-filled composite body
Suspension: Assembled with captured hinge pins, geometry and
components from Firestorm 10
Differential: Sealed planetary type
Spur Gear: 87 tooth 48 pitch
Pinion Gear: 19 tooth 48 pitch
Body: Pre-painted and trimmed DSX-2, body color will be either red or
silver
Caster: Adjustable front and rear toe-in, caster/toe-in refers to the
angle of the front suspension when viewed from the side of the car
Camber: Adjustable, camber refers to the angle of the tops of the
tires from vertical when viewed from front or behind vehicle
with dual pad slipper clutch
Steering: Bell crank with cam-type servo saver steering arms
laydown steering servo position
Warranty Period: Two year limited

TF-1 radio with steering servo, Front Line front tires, Ground
Assault rear tires, DSX-2 painted body and instruction manual

REQUIRES: AA Batteries: 8 for transmitter
Battery: 6- or 7-cell NiCD or NiMH with Deans Ultra Female connector
or 2-cell LiPo (order WSDM1303 for Female Ultra Plug to connect to
ESC)
Battery Charger: Timed or peak for selected battery
